Aradian, 2024-11-18Worst customer service thats if you can actually get a hold of anyone my order was ignored after the required amount for my purchase was deducted from my account and while I was discussing my issue with " support" I got completely ghosted. This the first time I've had an issue with the app to be completely honest but the amount of disrespect and how I feel offended can not ever make me recommend or even reconsider using this app the fact I had to google on how to reach customer support was ridic
