| 2024-08-24 |  | | The service itself is very good, but the app has a couple of pain points that I hit every time I use it: when navigating between screens within the app or navigating between apps I loose the states of the screens and I need to search again the page I was visiting (a provider). Another big pain point is that I don't have a history of the providers I reached out to (like an outbox). Unless they reply, I don't know who I have already contacted. You could reach out to 10 providers in a day |

Su defecto es la interfaz de usuario, que hace que sea un mareo navegar por la app. Hay varias pantallas de búsqueda de proveedores distintas a las que se accede desde el mismo botón, pero una vez tocando y la otra dándole al botón de "retroceso" del teléfono. Eso pasa también con la comunidad, necesitando varias pulsaciones atrás para volver al foro que estábamos leyendo. |
