1. Tried registering more that 27 times but unsuccessful. (Using tripod stand and additional lightings) 2. Tried registering using the kiosk my digital id at Tealive but the kiosk cannot scan the Ic card and the thumb (ROSAK). They should have put a signage ROSAK on the kiosk because it is not working. 3. Finally, the last resort was using other people's phone to register. It worked on the 1st attempt without using any tripod stand or additional lightings. Conclusion: Buy new phone to register😫

Terrible. The hardest kyc I have ever attempted. Multiple attempts to get IC and photo verified and eventually it just blanks out. Does not work. One of the many many uncessary apps rolled out, that are not centralised together with the rest.
