And requested classplus sales team to demo live class feature but they said they are not allowed but he guranteed for no issue.. Later after payment we found it lagging by 10-15 secs.. Technical team said that its normal.. We requested for refund of 10k(after 4-5days of subscription) as we were not satisfied... But classplus danied that too. So for sure a fraud. |

Constant bugs, crashes, and poor performance make it incredibly frustrating to use. Every time I try to access the platform, I face new issues. It's as if the developers don't care about user experience at all. For an app that claims to streamline learning, it does the opposite – wasting time and causing headaches. Customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. |

There is no proper response or follow-up, and when you try to call to complain, they avoid your calls. It's frustrating to be told to "talk to the concerned person" without being listened to, only to have the phone hung up on you. What's even more disappointing is that after making a payment, the team takes more than 20-25 days to deliver on their commitments, which is far beyond the promised 4-5 days. |
