This app actually makes me miss going to MWSC and paying the bill old fashion way The app doesn't work most of the time and now it's tells me I don't have an account or by the way there's no help line if this happens the closest thing I got for an answer is that I have to be born again now I can't pay my bills online if possible I would give this app no star
