I was forced to find a new texting app and gave this a shot, and sorry I did. Scrolls through all mesgs when you try to look at new mesg sent to you. When sending pics or videos it always says "mesg not sent. Tap to try again" but never resends them. Way to many ads, and very easy to hit one when trying to tap on your text, and then difficult to get out of. Finally premium service is way too expensive. Going to look for better app!!

Keeps saying can't send messages. Forced to dump message plus by Verizon cause they quit after a few years.. Why will it not send. On visable mobile? I'm moving on keeps saying can't send. Just wanted it to send messages. Not! 🚫 PS... It also keeps asking over and over if it can be default sms/text app each time I send a text. I approve it and it asks each time.. I'm done with it, All the glitches.. Bruce

It prompted me to "register", asking for a credit card. They claimed they would not bill anything to the card. As soon as I entered the numbers, there were three attempts at withdrawing money from the account. My bank's fraud system emergency emailed me about this attempt. I replied that I authorized nothing like that. My bank froze the card. This app developer may be fraudulent. The bank said it was payment to a sports streaming service, which I have never paid for such a service.

Like many others, I was FORCED to switch from Message+ so I thought I'd try this. First, it is SO SLOW. Slow to open, load, type, and send. Don't get me started on the ugly ads. The absolute worst part was that ALL of my text threads opened at the very first text. Scrolling through ALL of my texts to read the newest one was the nail in the coffin. Hopefully an app as functional and aesthetically pleasing as Message+ will be created soon because this is not it! Absolutely do not recommend.

I was forced to switch to this app after the app that I have used for as long as I can remember. I don't like this app, it's full of ads you can't find your text for the ads, but you can remove them for a monthly fee. This app is hard to use and nothing like the one I used for so many years, I can't understand why they are dropping it, it was the best text app and had all the settings and features you could want. They making a big mistake

Google Messages doesn't work on my Moto for some reason.. even my previous one.. I talked to Motorola about it... There is a defect that can't be corrected..So I found Verizon+ to be a very good texting app but now they have discontinued it and told everyone to go find a new app for text messaging.. so I have found this one and so far I'm liking it fine.. the ads are not too obtrusive.. and when I put the setting on dark it is very easy to differentiate the ads from the texts... Thank you

I understand the need for ads for the sake of keeping the app free, however, could you perhaps place them a little better? People's fingers are generally towards the bottom of the screen so perhaps place the ads closer to the top so it's not as easy to accidentally tap them. You could also try a system where there's some sort of encouragement to play an ad for some sort of superficial reward. If that's successful enough, it might allow you to have fewer ads in the important areas? Just a thought

I like this except for a couple things. There are a lot of spam messages. Very annoying. I'm used to seeing the little box that says sent at the bottom of the messages. I just assume it goes through now. Otherwise, this is all I need and works. I'm not techy and wasn't thrilled that Verizon is discontinuing their messaging app, but this is simple enough for me. Thanks!

This app is so annoying with all the ads. The features are good and everything I expexted as far as wallpaper and functionality. But who wants to keep navigating through these ads.🙄🙄🙄Not just one on the top but three strips of them. I'm working to find a new app. Verizon messenger just messed me up since this app is no longer available.

This app uselessly interferes in the download process and so often otherwise wastes resources that it's constantly put into deep sleep, and texts switch back to one of the tech-corp collusion apps. The result is havoc. As that suggests the fault doesn't lie wholly with this app, but the problems are either ill-disguised data mining by the app, and so just as bad, or some faults that should be easily soluble. Millions may try this app as Verizon alienates all its clients by Nov 7. Fix it quick!
