Nosy app that demands information it doesn't need. Today, it let me get through the booking process of a ride, then it promptly interrupted it to demand my ID. Uber never did that. It has also demanded a picture of me in the past. By the time I'd finished scanning my ID, the base price of the ride had risen by $10. And the 'Wait and Save' option was $2 more than the original base price of a normal ride.

Driver's are great. App sticks. If I say I'll wait ten minutes for my ride to save money, then the driver pulls up immediately (before I'm ready). If I choose priority pick up to save minutes because it's cold outside (say 5 min instead of a "normal' 8), then no driver is available for the next ten minutes. If you're going to try to do price/convenience discrimination, don't mess it up! Have good info! It's time to just go back to taxi cabs.
