Most of the times I will have to restart the app multiple times just to allow me to enter the PIN and login. it's bugged at least for android, worst bank app I be experienced so far. fix it. once u login it's fine I guess.

Very easy app to use, especially since I'm not into using apps. The staff at the bank were extremely helpful in showing me how to use it, and when I had queries due to my inexperience, I called the help line, and they immediately solved my problems.
