Cannot find any customer service or any troubleshooting online. I have a message that says "the transmitters log memory has reached its threshold level " BUT.... no solution on what to do ??? Aggravating!

It's quite OK, but after the last update we don't see the alarm panel users. The information exists, but the list doesn't show at the application. Sometimes the refresh of the system is not working. All these problems showed up after the last update at August.
