| 2025-01-18 |  |  | Worked fine for a bit then eventually logged me out, but of course I'd forgotten the password. Asked for a reset code and all the emails they've sent me are literally blank with no code, link, anything. Fantastic system guys! |

| 2024-10-06 |  | | Convoluted account setup. Doesn't like auto fill, but if you have to go back a step it forgets EVERYTHING you manually typed in. Verification emails either take ages or don't show up. Finally got app running only to find out that I'd been signed out &, once again, that auto fill couldn't populate the boxes. When I did get in, I tried to scan the QR code in store only to be told that I had to verify my email AGAIN & email didn't arrive (I checked spam). Apologies to the staff for my frustration. |

| 2024-08-17 |  | | Not even worth one star. Keeps crashing. Keeps telling me my credentials are wrong, and has removed the stamps after updating the app. Have now requested my new password about 5 times due to 'invalid credentials' and same issue. Too frustrating of an app. Had to uninstall. |
