And they responded to my comment which was cool, that let's me know if an issue were to arise, it should be easy to get customer support. That makes it even better. It is different than the other sites that do similar things, but I encourage you to take a look and give it a chance, don't just go there see it's different than the one with the yellow emblem and leave, actually look around and ask questions try it and you will like it. 👍 |

Then there's the lack of currency conversion built into the the system, not everyone is from the US, and yes I know there's a setting for it but I don't need to be notified everytime someone I'm not following does something. |

This is the first time I've had an issue using it. If you don't want my business, I guess I'll take it elsewhere. |

Live videos and selling can be all over the place but when you're into collectibles it's nice to be able to find streams for what you're looking for. Had a slight issue with getting charged for a giveaway item that wasn't supposed to charge (seller error) and was able to immediately get help from Joseph and fix it in minutes. 10/10, very happy. |

"Free shipping" doesn't apply to international shipping but you need to find that out for yourselves. Technical issues from drips side on every stream. No ability to remove or change personal info outside of the US as international registration via phone number not available. Bank details kept on file but lack of important info leading to additional charges. |

Keep up the good work! One thing I don't like is that you have to enter your payment info for giveaways and that you can't use PayPal. |
| 2024-12-12 |  | | avoid! all items arrived destroyed, support took weeks and many emails to help, I wasn't allowed a refund so now I have a bunch of "drip coins"... this is exactly what I need. support is unprofessional getting very passive aggressive after feedback is given, but feedback can only be given on closed support tickets. if you don't want negative feedback, about issues not being addressed, it could be an idea to avoid prematurely closing tickets. drip coins can only be used on buy it now items. |
