| 2022-08-21 |  |  | I tried to order some tennis shoes, but NB sent an email saying they would have to investigate my card (I've never had any issues using this card) which could take up to three weeks. This itself is understandable, but they didn't even provide the option of switching to a different card or cancelling the order. Tried sending an online inquiry, no response. Went in-person to NB store, but couldn't do anything. Now I'm forced into waiting and I've missed several tennis practices because of this. |
