Great application

This app without geofencing (not only for signing in and out) is useless.. some employees have already went ahead and got themselves a cheap phone to install the app and leave in the office.. I'm sure leave balance has significantly increased for some employees since this app cannot track their whereabouts, so it's safe for them to not show up for a whole day and still be signed in and out on that day.
