It is disappointing this app only opens with precise location enabled. It did not ask for access beyond location and ability to connect to nearby devices (devices is to connect to the radoneye) but it should be possible to use all the features of the radoneye without sharing location. Also, disappointed in the time I wasted figuring out that not enabling location was why the app wouldn't open. The app should have said location is needed to open. Device itself is good but wont recommend radoneye.

App doesn't load past initial splash screen with logo, it just sits there forever. It's currently worthless and I can't access my device data to see trends. Extremely frustrating.

App is very basic. The chart is difficult to use and have no date and time.

This app does not work anymore, which makes the device I paid for completely useless. We'll never purchase another one from you.

App is completely useless due to no time stamps on the diagram; it doesn't really offer more than the display on the unit itself. App wants lots of permissions just to connect to the device. Could do with much less for its limited functionality. It is so simple that one can not image it was written by a real software developer who knows at least a little bit about the use cases for such a device. A high school student can write better apps these days. Should have never been put out.

The app functions, but it's so basic that it's unhelpful for long-term radon monitoring. As others have said, it will give "trend" data, but those data points are undated in the app. So, the data is useless. The level-over-datapoint chart is just an image, so you can not zoom in on spikes to see which data points registered it. You also can not turn off the hourly beeping from the device. Those are easy fixes that the company seems unwilling to make. Very disappointing.

Does not even start. Is there another way to read the data from the RadonEye?

It works but offers very limited functionality: the log is difficult to extract, and as other reviews noted, there are no timestamps in its data. Moreover, can't use the app at all without being connected to the device, etc. You can search for this 3rd party app, radoneye python client that can connect to the device via bt and extract the data more easily, can be done even remotely. The physical device is also very limited, not even a battery, so it'll lose all data on power loss.

App is basic but over all everything works as it should I just look at the top of the meter every morning to see where it's at. Some of these other complainers on here are lazy point blanke . It's not like you spent your life savings to buy it. You want a better up spend some more on one tight wade just saying tks for reading

The app is basic but that's ok, more importantly, the app hasn't made it past the splash screen for months so there's no point in even having an app if it won't open. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and restarted several times without change.
