Wasted my entire evening trying to reconnect my printer. I might as well just bought a new one. Every time I go through the long tedious process that takes forever, it says connection failed. I made sure that they're both on 2.4. everything looks good but this app doesn't do it, I think it just so slow the printer times out. Thanks to this POS app I can't use the printer anymore. I didn't have the time to waste on this and I'll be up all night working and it still isn't connected

There are no options and detailed choices and information when the app opens, or at least certainly not user-friendly ones, for utilizing this app in conjuction with printing things online. It's unfortunate because it used to be way better, and have all the options available (page size, orientation, etc), and be a user-friendly interface.
