Rubbish. Help is completely absent for the 64 hrs from 5pm Fri - 9am Mon. Just opened the app after applying for a card, to find Asda have abbreviated my address to such an asinine degree it beggars belief, so it will be a miracle if my new card arrives. But there's no option to correct my address, the chatbot is as useless as most, and the only way to message Asda is by phoning - during office hrs of course. No facility even to leave a message. So unimpressed.
