Nikolay Bankov		 Keeps crashing when I try to open it! This is, may be, the worst functioning, the buggiest, the shitiest app, without any adequate support or response! Non-stop error messages, it takes 10 minutes to open and see anything in it. The boiler may be the top of the Japanese tech, but this app is totally the opposite! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL "WORK"!

Ivan		 Agter a week of use program disconnect me from server and I must register again my product. There is no login and I have to go through the registration process again.

LEE HAIGH		 Absolutely useless. Ok for a few days, then logged me out...now continuosly cycling through login process, keeps telling I have bad network however everything else is working fine. Seriously Rinnai you need to get this app improved.

A Google user		 Se siete qui per valutare l'acquisto di un termostato wifi Rinnai vi consiglio caldamente di ripensarci. Sia l'oggetto stesso che la app sono assolutamente penosi, poco intuitivi, poco fruibili, e generalmente pensati e realizzati male. 250 euro assolutamente buttati. Chissa se la loro caldaia è della stessa stazza. Francamente temo il peggio.
