This Bnl banking app is very nice. I have never encountered any form hiccups while using it. As I said earlier that the banking app is okay but the bank itself is not reliable. I have been using the bank for 24 years but unfortunately when I needed a loan to buy an apartment, I was totally disappointed. If you have a dream of owning your first house in Italy, BNL is not an ideal bank for you. As it stands now I am looking for another bank that will assist me.

Does not allow me to take a screenshot whenever I need to quickly send it as a receipt to whoever might need to see that a transaction has taken place. Who is in control of whatever information I need to use, the bank or the client? Please don't come up with the security reasons BS and let users at least make a choice on these matters. What is worse is that I cannot find where the hell (to be polite) to download the receipts. Not enough QA from your side.
