Need to train cashier's how to use this service. After holding up a line for 5+ minutes, because they didn't know that I needed to scan a QR to complete transaction, why aren't the machines on and ready to go, after they didn't know how to complete transaction, I just said forget it, I'll just pay cash. This just defeats the purpose of this app ..... Get it together.
