Raindrop will certainly be a gamechanger for managing my bookmarks, but the app is buggy in weird and frustrating ways, and lacks feature depth. E.g. reaching the end of a line when writing a description causes the input to get selected, so the next keystroke wipes everything you've written. The first letter typed when searching for a tag also gets selected, so must be typed twice. Icons are great but can't be used for Tags, and Tags can't be edited.

Rhys B, 2024-12-22Very good. I use the subscription service, but I find that I save a LOT of links of stuff that I want to go back to, but do not actually go back that often to clean up. There are too many NEW useless links to read every day. This is the closest to the old bookmark saving services that all went out of business a whole ago. I am glad to be paying the subscription price to keep them in business. I would have preferred an EverNote type system without the insane management of that company.
