| 2023-11-01 |  | | I have sound of speaker or event. But unable to see who is speaking or singinging, etc.. The connection comes on. Then goes off and continues to buffer. I can only listen and not see anything. This has been going on for the past few weeks. No response from anyone to fix this issue. |
