This app came with a Crown Tours skip-the-line ticket for Castle Sant'Angelo to use as an audio guide and does not work on a Samsung Galaxy Ultra S24. The staff from the tour company said they had never seen the error before (the app was saying it had a bug and kept crashing). So that was wasted money on a bad app that I could not use as a guide through the monument. My husband wanted to use his, as it worked on his phone, and we quickly found that it was not a thorough guide. AVOID.
