2025-01-07	Cecilia Tapia	Final edit: I made my first purchase and they are extorting me into sending sensitive information, such as my ID, and a video of myself holding my ID and credit card to the camera. I got the refund, but my account was blocked because I refused to share sensitive information. This request is nowhere to be found on the app ToS. Also, seeing all the AI generated 5* reviews here, I'm convinced now that this is a data collecting scam.

2024-02-28	Pablo Fernandez Pousa	It was working great, but it took a turn for the worse recently. Push notifications don't work, 90% of the time app resizes to half the screen size, making it very difficult to navigate and when the "verified by visa" kicks in during checkout it's a roll of the dice if you'll get through or not. I hope they can fix these things soon!
2022-11-27	Al Ps	Easy to use and communicate with the travelers. Also the notifications sound in the phone and an email notification is send as well.
2022-04-30	Diego B	Excellent app to get stuff at good price. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that it is not possible to block specific travelers from making offers. I already bought two items without any issue but some travelers make ridiculous offers (Same cost of the item or more), raising the price to what would otherwise be a fair trade. I think it's a fair request. I hope that helps.
2020-06-22	Lu Arditi	Your will agree to pay an amount on the site and enter your credit card details. Then you will be charges exactly 40% extra and will get a heartfelt reply in which they will thank you for reporting the error and do absolutely nothing about it. THE WORST APP I EVER USED
2020-06-14	Federico Peralta	DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. They robbed me, I payed for a cellphone and then trusting in their refund policy I cancelled the order. It has happened 44 days from the 1 May when I cancelled the order and my money never appeared in my credit card bill. THEY DESERVE JAIL. I REALLY NEED THE MONEY FOR PERSONAL REASONS BUT THEY DON'T CARE, BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT SWINDLERS DO.
2019-12-27	A Google user	Fatal app due to the crazy amount of LIES, the website lies shameless in different screens about accepting paypal when they don't, support via whatsapp is unresponsive (even if you have enough luck, otherwise you will find it "in maintenance" for days), they lie to you about the fees, grabr gives you an amount then the traveler can change it +100% or more. Very low availability of travelers which makes the "receive your package in three weeks" also a lie... "Fake it until you make it?"????
2019-10-26	A Google user	App keeps crashing. Unable to add payout method and use any of the functionality properly. No reply from customer service as well after multiple emails and requests
