Its a great service especially when you buy with insurance you get a really good discount. The customer service is the best i have ever experienced. They will call you multiple times confirming if the tow truck driver contacted you, if he was professional and if he was on time and if the service provided was satisfactory you get the point. Yes the app doesn't work like it should but you can contact them through their phone number and they will arrange something for you. Would be buying again.
