Get gym run by husband and wife and has a nice family feel to it. The perfect gym if you or your child know nothing about boxing but would like to try and start getting fit they will spend time with you and teach you all the moves about boxing for fitness. Everyone there is very friendly and everyone helps new members as well. No one is left out and everyone is involved in helping new people which is good to new people who feel apart of the gym family, most kids can't wait for their next class .
