2024-11-27 | This is the worst App on the planet. Here goes, anytime you are picking an option i.e., I clicked "see rates", it takes to a random page asking my location! I picked a damn location which is why I picked a trainer and want to see rates! So anything you select, 80% of the time you end up at the same page. I ended up going for this search because they sent an email suggesting there was Black Friday deals which they do not, in fact the dont have personal training since no rates so go elsewhere.
2024-11-11 | The sign in process was working fine until they randomly decided that you have to add a picture to get in. I barely use my membership and they decided to make the app unusable for me. Now I am using the phone number pad, and they still want a fingerprint as well. Keep going in that direction trying to collect more personal information. Next step for me is going to cancel my membership.
2024-07-09 | The app is helpful and full of resources but I had to change my rating of 5 stars from 3. There is no in app, in club (associates arent tech support) and very little if any online support or help for app issues. Currently it asks for a photo. When I go to add a photo the photo I have been using for 3 years is right there but it only gives the option to skip. Manually checking in involves the club associate to verify. They are either busy, not at the counter or absorbed in there phone.
2024-05-28 | I can't seem to find a place to submit a ticket in-app, so I'm saying it here: There's a lot of issues in getting check-ins to show up. I check in at my club, the scanner beeps, I show up as checked-in locally, but the app doesn't recognize it. I'm USUALLY able to do it at the end of my workout, but since the times don't line up, my workouts do not connect with my check-ins. This has also resulted in an uneven amount of check-ins to workouts. Otherwise app seems fine, I guess.
2023-11-01 | The app is too cumbersome and needs some work. The previous app version was easier to use. The current version lacks ease of use with the camera unless camera zoom & fonts are lowered to the lowest setting. It would be more user friendly if the app met a wide variety of phone settings. I had to contact customer support which should not have been necessary. However, I did receive excellent customer support from Gina A. It took a period of several days but the issue was successfully resolved.
2023-09-17 | It gets you in the club, but some other features are UNUSABLE, OUTDATED, UNCLEAR, and there is MISINFORMATION! The app sucks! They want more people for 24-hour fitness but they don't prepare for it by updating the app and making it user friendly, like duh! This app is only good to get you in the club, plus find classes with some difficulty, not as user friendly as it appears. It takes way too much space on my phone for simple entry. 😕
2023-09-16 | It's OK. One could get more out of it if they can include internal socializing or special exercise circuits, stretching, yoga methods. If it can be of local or global coaches. As of now, it is more static or not getting more for me...... local gym buddies, chat up, classes info. One can add features like push-pull timers, synchronize other health apps not just fitbit and google.
2023-06-23 | App has this feature to log your workouts. I've tried multiple times to put information in here but it never seems to save. All the features that are here that you should be able to track look nice. Time in and time out, level of intensity, a notepad to enter what exercises you did. But none of it saves so it just ends up being a frustrating waste of time. At least I can use the app to get in and out of the gym...
2023-03-13 | Reservations are required for some classes. However, making them is so frustrating. There is an option to select the classes and the clubs. Once selected and you make the reservation the clubs and classes do not save. It used to..but now it just defaults to random clubs and classes and you have to start all over again to choose classes and clubs. It is time consuming and frustrating. I had already wrote about this on the 24!hour fitness website but never got a response.
2022-08-04 | Workouts are not detailed to select, locations are hard to pull up, keyboard hides the entry portion of the text box when at the bottom of the screen Update: 2022/08/03 Check in is properly placed in an ideal location when you open the app. However, Gym Finder is still pretty much useless as it is not possible to filter based on gyms opening hours. |
