The worst app most of the time is access denied

I have 2 childs and if I want to pay fee for 2 nd child, there is no option to add 2 nd child. It could be done after uninstalling application then re instalation the application and fresh loging with 2 nd child ID. Worst app. Parent Saint thomas HR secondary school Barnagar.
