If we order in this app. The person from the store will call you and ask u to pay more by sending QR Code or will cancel the product. The store people also doesn't know how to speak with customers. Feeling not Good booking with Vijetha app...Better to book with bb or zepto or other apps.

For refunds or failed payments, you need to call them repeatedly, but they always give the same response: due to a technical issue, your refund is pending; their team has been informed; your refund has been initiated, and you will receive it by the end of the day. Every call yields the same answer, not a solution. So install and use this app

2024-10-20	Krishna Prasad Rayudu Pativada	Order ID 123829, When I order vegetables from this app everything is fine but they delivered brown mushrooms I asked for replacement and dropped mail after a long time they responded over mail that they delivered button mushrooms in good condition and replacement or refund is not possible, if brown mushrooms were the good condition then you should have used the same image in app as well why you used white mushrooms image for marketing? it's completely misleading customers.
2024-10-15	Thomas D	Whenever we order items and cerain items among them are not available they call and inform that the related amount will be refunded online but nothing happens. On the contrary if there is an extra amount to be paid they instantly ask you to pay by sending a link. This has happened with me practically hence I am sharing the issue. Hope they rectify this issue of missing out on refunds else we lose faith in their functioning. BB atleast credits amt to wallet atleast.
2024-09-19	Sateesh Kuna	Don't order from it after placing order they will call and say items are not available if we ask them to cancel and also if we try to cancel it won't happen and I placed order on 13th and called customer care thrice they will say within EOD your refund will initiate but still nothing they are doing.. it's a time waste app and they are useless
