On a recent travel where the booking was confirmed until the precious night of travel, things took an ugly turn once we boarded the train. To only find out out of 9 confirmed berths only 3 were confirmed and all other went to RAC. TT didn't care and you can imagine how unpleasant was rest of our journey. Will never use this app and Do Not 🚫 Recommend anyone else taking a chance on this APP. The Indian railways need to adapt better and simpler practises just like airways bookings etc.

Train booking application is a constant in my wander mode. I am not a user of Trainman app and the app makes good first impression. Dispered and effervescent appuniques like Assurance and Tatkal have their own UX and talk on them demand some going through, especially the former. What I like: Stellar black interface with bluehints in main journey; nonpesky app. Some I see otherwise: Interface in train status; statistics are different and I would not bet onto them if I have advantage of comparison
