| 2024-04-13 |  | | I was very disappointed when i was unable to contact the pikit team to convey my issues while ordering as there is no direct way to contact the team. The listed number on the contact was not reachable . So I had to trouble the delivery person to get my refund . Anyways I appreciate the efforts of the team to quickly respond to my post here and also the delivery partner who helped me to resolve the issue . I hope you will look into this matter and find some way to provide assistance to consumers |

After that, another delivery boy contacted me, asking where the exact location was, and finally, I got my food in an hour. I contacted customer care, but no one attended my call. What a rubbish! |

After contactinting customer service it is said number is out of range. No response at all. Taking orders from unlicensed restaurants without bill. Stale food. Beware of these kind services. |

Taking too much time to deliver from nearby restaurants (ordered icecream from nearby restaurants leass than 3 km, and it took 1.25 hrs to deliver from the time of pickup 3. After confirming the order restaurant will say the product is not available, and then if we said "cancel the order" they will refund you to pickit wallet only |
| 2022-09-13 |  | | The app has a very problematic issue. That is, there isn't a function to contact the pickit services to give complaints or to inquire anything. I have an acquaintance who ordered food. They took the payment but not the order and there isn't a way to contact pickit services. Edit: got to call them and they were fast and responsive. I sincerely have no other complaints with this app. I just couldn't find the customer care button, it's right there in the opening page. Totally my bad. |
| 2022-05-22 |  | | Extremely rude behaviour by delivery boy Jashirk, who speaks to customers in an offensive manner. Since this person has no Google pay and balance cash to give, and I personally didn't have the right amount, he made me go and get it by asking others, he didn't even take a step to help, most importantly he speaks as if the customer has done something against him. I never had such a bad delivery before. The app is good but just this delivery agent is the reason I will not order in this app again |
