Your employee not taking action on register complaint and close complaint without solution.....

This app is not good enough. It doesn't cover the area or roads where people try to make complaint. This app is only a showoff of government's advancement in PWD department. But we also need an app which helps us at local level. I don't know how this app works on making a complaint over main roads because I don't try it at several places
