Worst experience!! My event was cancelled. Customer care said they are still investigating from past 2 weeks. Customer care number is not reachable and no proper response over email too. Google should ban this fraud application.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication I had booked tickets for the Da Vinci Genius event for two, but unfortunately, the show was canceled due to technical issues. While the organizers assured us that the ticket amount would be refunded, the experience since then has been extremely frustrating. The coordinator has stopped responding to calls, and there has been no update regarding the refund. Please don't use this app for booking tickets.
