This is such a pathetic logistic service. I have a parcel that was supposed to come two weeks before. Everyday I am getting a message that the parcel is out for delivery and then I get a second message that customer is unavailable. What nonsense is this? If you can't provide good service, then shut down your company. I strongly recommend all of you guys not to trust this company. Pathetic company, Pathetic customer support. To hell with them.

Such a third class service they provide...they changed the delivery date to 1 week (postponed) after 2 days of booking the package. These people don't understand what issues a customer may face. What if a customer stay in a place for shorter duration and because of the late deliver the customer has to stay another 1 week and have to spend money on per day rent. I have to pay the rent for additional one week. They simply say "sorry for the inconvenience". I would advise DO NOT go with this.
