I have ordered for 238 Rupees but there wasn't any order confirmation from the app. Even after contacting the helpline, there was no response. Complete disappointment.The customer care number was saying "team visual media". This app was designed specifically to scam the users and their money. Worst experience, they charge indirectly and rob us . There is difference in delivery fees . The charge is different in app and shop like around 40rs . They always have some issue with food , either they change the order or ask why did you order in this restaurant. Worst service worst app . Uninstalling the app.
