| 2021-03-01 |  |  | "error during upload" issue is fixed. However if the download of video stopped in middle, there is no option to download it again. It says couldn't play the video. One pathetic bug is - it is allowing to submit thr assignment without any file upload as well, don't they check and put a warning there?! This is fixed now... Why are we getting a pop up to upgrade to latest version of app every time when we open the app, even though there is no update. |

| 2020-09-22 |  | | Appreciate the efforts of teachers, but due to the app issue everything getting spoiled. In a 15 minutes video, it get struck more than 10 times, it affects the continuity, bcz of this kids are bored to watch and understand the subject. Also in live session, often app getting closed automatically. In assignments page, every time we need to select the dates for pending assignments, if it shows automatically it will be helpful and easy to use. Please take action and work on these issues ASAP. |
| 2020-09-06 |  | | Worst experience. App was not user friendly. When I open assignments, I can't see the previous assignments fully. Only on the date I open the page was blank. Everytime I have to change the date to see the previous assignments. During online sessions, we are automatically disconnected and can't rejoin again. Many students faced this issue during the online class. |
