Cashli: Money Earning App

This app is obviously a scam. I had huge hopes about this app.I wanted to refer a lot of friends and make some money in the process. But, My account has not been credited with any money even though my referral was successful. Rs 2900 was shown in the app.I added the bank account and sent the withdrawal request but the app is saying that the manager will contact me.Why would the manager need to contact me?There are easy methods to verify accounts online.Why am I being scammed like this?
