Extremely Disappointing Customer Support I have been a Gold Plan licensed customer, and I expected a certain level of support for the premium service I paid for. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I first emailed customer support on 06/11/2024 regarding an issue with the app and followed up again on 20/11/2024—yet, I have not received any resolution or even a proper response. If you're considering purchasing a premium plan, I highly recommend thinking twice. Worst.
