| 2025-02-04 |  |  | Purchased a HP laptop on 16th January 2025 and the seller is CLICKTECH RETAIL. The laptop is a used one and claimed for return or replacement. But Amazon rejected it and can't do any was the reply. The laptop registered in HP online in the month of May 2024 and it shows the warranty lasts upto June 2025 only. Shared the screen shot of the same too. Even then they didn't accept it. Wonder Amazon too in the same path of CHEATING and support fraudsters. |

I contacted amazon customer service and they gave me the written assurance over the mail but still it didn't. I called their delivery agent and he said that he didn't get the item from amazon yet. Then they canceled the order. The same issue happened with my another amazon account where they didn't deliver 14 items. Still waiting for refund to buy laptop. Very bad customer service. |

This is a food supplement food grade item when we pay in advance or received like this how everyone eat like this. No quality pass check by Amazon. When we complant Amazon say u lie.. So we request bycot item like this or purchase on Amazon fraud manufactured by local companies. Not to play with lifes..it's a series matter.pls be aware. |
