Not a safety app. The customer service are terrible, they keep offer the same solution over and over again, and they ended the chat real quick. You guys should learn from Google customer services, they are fast response and explain thing clearly, and they can wait for us to do the thing they instruct us to fix the issue, they even tell take your time, while we're doing that. Why do we even need to contact customer service for deleting our account? What's the point for requirements then? 🤦‍♂️
