The list of providers (clinics/hospitals) in the app is outdated. Been rejected twice because the clinic I visited was no longer partnered with Hanwha, even though it was still listed in the app. This is such a waste of time and extremely inconvenient, especially for someone who is unwell and urgently needs medical assistance. In addition, Claim history or medical records do not appear in the app. Let’s hope the app someday learns to be as “smart” as its name claims.
