NOT WORTH IT!! It is is a hit and miss with this app. Sometimes the assighnments are ligit however, 7 out of 10 assignments will be a waste of gas and time because the assignment will dissappear after you have arrived. Or the location will suddenly change or they will have met the quota for that assignment and take it away without notification. You dont get reimnursed for gas or time. There are more cons than prose. I do NOT recommend. Save your time and gas. It isnt worth it.

It's definitely an easy way to make money, once you do this enough and get a good score, you'll get route offers at a higher price. It's good until it isn't. The "support" team seems to not care about your concerns/issues. Be prepared to waste 20-30 minutes when issues arise and MAYBE you'll get help.

Used to be an amazing app. Not so much anymore :( theres no gas reimbursement, so you'll spend more than you'll make. There are very few stores that can be done at night, no web/phone audits, and you're lucky to make 1/2 of minimum wage. Also, it's 2021, stop requiring we print paperwork that we could easily show the manager on our phone! A great example of this is a Letters of authorization or manager survey.

It doesn't allow you to see the time frames on all assignments before accepting them. I had to cancel a bunch and that wasn't right because it can damage me getting assignments. Oh and it uses open force which charges you to receive your money, yall shouldn't allow that, when some assignments aren't worth it with the charge.

I am giving this app a 4/5. The reason for this, is because I have made pretty good money the first week, and enjoyed running from place to place. As long as you read through the assignments and take clear pictures, you are good. Sometimes, though, the app is very contradictory, and you need to depend on Support for clarification. Like I said, I have worked this app for a week, so if anyone in the team wants to reach out, feel free and I will show you some good examples!

Horrible company. The offers are low and they continue to find ways to lower the amount they originally offered, after the job is completed. Orders got invalidated because a manager was unavailable to answer questions. They just invalidated an order because I only took one photo per section instead of two, even though you can clearly see the entire aisle. They also deduct money as your payment is processed and haven't provided any reason for it. Don't even sign up, you won't be paid fairly.

The idea of this app is great but the staff who run it are very disorganized and the support they offer seems copy paste, like they didn't even read your email. Sometimes the assignments take longer than advertised and they offer less than minimum wage at times. I completed 5 assignments but ultimately decided it wasn't for me.

In the beginning customer service was great. It absolutely stinks now. We use to be able to call and actually speak to somebody. Now we have to message the in store support. Better than 80% of the time I never hear back from anybody. Most of my messages are time sensitive and I need to speak to someone asap. So basically most of my issues never get resolved. If you call this an improvement, it's definitely not. I liked the old system so much better.

Been working off and on with this company for about 4 years. I throughly enjoy the opportunities for resets and the better pay. The only things that I have had problems with would be that sometimes the plannogram is useless when the notes tell you how to do the job and it contradicts placement. However, after making the suggestion this last time the gentleman was a lot more in depth with instructions. Made for a great day too!! I think lack of communication is something to be worked on.thank

In the beginning, it seemed like there was plenty of work, but now, the offers arrive already claimed. The app won't let you see the details of the job sometimes, and other times, I'll drive out to do the job, but then they've canceled it upon arrival. The app is glitchy sometimes, too. I will have completed the assignment and go to upload, but then it has disappeared a couple of times, requiring me to redo everything that I just did. The tech support people are nice and the hours are flexible.
