| 2024-12-02 |  | | I did not think it was possible to make an app worse than the previous MKB mobile, but MBH actually managed to do it. It looks fancy, but the UX is simply horrible. Compared to the previous version, every operation literally takes 5x the amount of taps, you lost the ability to see all relevant data on a single scrern, and the app loads slow as hell. All this, while the most pressing issue, the inability to authenticate online purchases due to the approval never arriving, still persists. Amazing. |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | It's literally impossible to confirm a payment with this app. I get a popup to confirm the payment, but on tapping it the app opens normally with no UI to actually confirm the purchase. I had to reinstall the old app to be able to make online purchases. |

I saw those many negative reviews before, but all the time the MBH Bank App worked well to me. Maybe I'm just so lucky or those reviews are fake, I do not know for sure. |

However: you can't see the blocked, but not finalized card purchases, and the account balance doesn't refresh after a transaction, even with manual update (pulling down on home screen). These are important things: how much money I have, did the latest transaction happen (and how much did it cost really). The landing screen is "customizable", but you have 3 widgets of choice.. |

It is set to hungarian, and most texts are hungarian, but some are in english, like Recent transactions, Frequent orders, etc. Edit: More than 2 years later, this is still the case. Mix of languages. And I found additional bugs: I modified the card limits, but the app does not show how the limits apply. Daily? Monthly? Also after modifying the limit, it shows the new amount, followed by this text: "null", as if there was an empty variable. |
