This company sucks. We tried them out a couple years ago, but their customer service was awful when things weren't running smoothly so we switched to something else. Now I get a call every month from them trying to sign me back up, no matter how many times I say I'm uninterested, I'll never use their company again, and to please remove me from their call list. Anyway, the software looks flashy, but good luck getting a hold of anyone if something goes wrong.

This app has ups and downs. Pros: I can easily see which jobs I am assigned I can contact my employer and coworkers easily I can see the location and other information on jobs Super simple to clock in and out Cons: Notifications are very inconsistent Messages between the company and clients can be somewhat unreliable (aren't actually sent/relieved, very infrequent issue though). Can be glitchy if multiple people from the company are using it simultaneously.

We purchased this program after shopping around for months, looking for what we thought was the perfect program. The sales pitch promised amazing things, but after weeks of trying to set it up and get it to perform as described, we discovered we were misled from the beginning. It also keeps trying to add additional charges to our subscription; we only wanted the basic package, but it keeps stealthily adding charges. Steer clear of this app. It is a scam.

This is GasLight Pro, it seems like a job is there and then it's gone... I spend more time looking for stuff that was there and now it's gone. Now that's efficiency. My favorite feature is "no cell service no HCP." When you clock into a job, but didn't really. Auto time stop is another great feature where my time is auto stopped while I'm still working.

Update: 10/3/24: STILL COMPLETE USELESS Im in the process of timing a switch to something that actually works. If you are considering this tool, BEWARE. ITS AWFUL!! Slow. Awful service. Glitches everywhere. Expensive by significant amounts compared to reasonable competition. (There are plenty) The interface is terrible, confusing and unintuitive. This coming from someone who spent 10 years selling scheduling software. Avoid avoid avoid. It looks good initially, but don't let them fool you.

This app used to be FRUSTRATING but seemingly, out of nowhere, it just kind of got better. I would say this app is very useful for being able to get my job done and communicate with clients. It still has some wrinkles, I would really like more information to be stored on my side so I don't get locked out when I have no connection. Otherwise pretty spectacular actually

We've been using the desktop and mobile versions of Housecall Pro for 2 and 1/2 years now. The most recent update has made it to where I cannot view or open messages from employees in the inbox. I will get the alert that I have a message but I cannot access or view it because the screen stays blink when I open it. I have checked to make sure I almost using the most current version and that didn't solve it. Please work on a fix soon. I am operating on Android with a Samsung s22 ultra.

I have been using Housecall Pro for my plumbing business, Lang's Plumbing & Rooter, LLC, and my experience with their customer service has been disappointing. The primary issue revolved around the "EMBED CODE" provided by them to integrate into my website. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, their customer service team was unable to correctly identify and address the issue.Moreover, the technical support scheduled an appointment to resolve the problem, but they canceled it.

Update 6/14/24 More features equal more problems. Messing up a good thing. Dropped to 3 stars for price increases and useless features (for us smaller contractors) which increase the bugginess of the app. I've been using this app for 5 years now. There is definitely more that can be done with the PC version, like refunds, but overall it does what it needs to. 4 stars for being super buggy sometimes, needing full bars to function and too many trackers.

I do like using this app. I like that it is easy to navigate. I do agree with someone else, the chat bubble gets in the way. Initial support could be better and that is because when you type you get topics. However, when I reached out by calling I have always got what I need. And I have learned from the topics available. I've only tried one other program and now I'm not looking, so that means the app is working for me.
