Some of your drivers are untraceable, contact's not updated, and took hourssssss to deliver the goods when in fact the distance is about 30mins only (regardless of the delivery type you pick, even priority). Your customer service is very unprofessional. Ended the chat when I'm not finished explaining the situation. Not recommended.

What a poorly made app. A request for delivery can go on searching for a long time even after the user has gotten alternatives and forgotten about this request. Matched long after leaving the rider confused and matched with an obsolete request. App could have simply put a time out to end the search unless the user wants to search more. wasted everybody's time. WORST CASE - Tried to cancel the request when I found out and app blocks me from cancelling. Directed me to a non-existent support too
