| 2024-10-19 |  | | While this is a great app, it seems all but abandoned. No updates for a long time. Very few methods, makes it difficult to use it nowadays. I won't invest time dialling in recipes for methods that have no icon, or in an app that may be dying. |

Being able to save the ratio changes as new recipe would be killer. I would settle for a coffee ratio calculator app that would calculate fields for ratio, water and coffee. I could use that to scale really available recipes from the web. |

I'm keeping the review at 3 stars for now because as others have pointed out, the maximum water in a recipe is 350g when many people brew 500g batches regularly. This, along with every other customizable value in a recipe, needs to be completely unlocked and any number allowed. I will update my review to 4 or 5 stars when this change is made. Otherwise, this app is great and intuitive thus far! It's a great way to keep your brew from steeping too long if you get distracted |
| 2021-08-29 |  | | Great app! I love the automatic and built-in timers for each step. The animations are great for newbies. I like this tells me how much coffee and beans to use if I want to make more than my standard 2 cups. Speaking of cups, beware the default cup size is set to 5 oz ea, but this is adjustable in settings. I use regular beans (as opposed to espresso) and believe there are 8 oz in a cup regardless of what you are measuring so I was glad to be able to change this. Units are adjustable to metric. |

Please make the "Add water" more customize option, not only adding by 5ml, and please add the option of Custom Step, at least it will help to adding some notes, etc. Finally, if there is the Sign In option will make this app more great for saving the whole recipes and user data. |
| 2020-08-23 |  | | Edit: I didn't realise there was a little slider under the cup size that adjusts by 10ml increments. I was pretty happy with this app until I started creating my own recipes. Because the cup volume is set across the entire app, you can't get exact amounts for different methods. I'd say this app would be perfect if you could create one off recipes that aren't based on cup size. |

The animations are cool, but since they are not really accurate to (and closed to) the real actions and side notes, they create a big distraction. The measurements (water and coffee) steps up by 5 units which is kinda weird, because why don't keep it by 1 unit? Step duration is not automatically scaled up or down accordingly to the serving size (more coffee and water need more time to proceed, no?). Anyway, thanks for the app. |

It would be nice to have numbers in the grind size selection rather than qualitative only - Being able to track espresso would be excellent - allowing deletion default recipes or giving favorites recipes prominence in the recipe listing |
