Unreliable. I needed to be at an appointment do i used the app to make an appointment to reserve abtaxi for the next day. Ten minutes before they called and said they didn't have any taxis in the area. When i asked why they hadn't sent one to my area for my appointment they said they don't check the appointments until ten minutes before the scheduled time. Useless! Do not recommend.
