I think some reviews are little too harsh. The UI is functional (although I would prefer if it showed the folders of internal storage in alphabetical order, instead of what appears to be a random order, but that is a minor nitpick); the app does what it promises. I was able to convert an ANSI-encoded file into UFS-8 with no issues. Edit: it appears that on Android 12 the files are no longer visible from the app. Perhaps some read permission issue? As it stands, the app is broken, unfortunately
