sometimes what you need is right where you would expect, and sometimes it's nonexistent. sometimes, it's quick and easy. Other times, you can search the entire website(s) for something very simple and never find it. the absolute worst online experience ever. I think it was designed to torture us.

This ap constantly freezes or fails to send. It says that I can send more than one captured document, but if I try to send more than one it fails to send. Even sending one at a time it almost never goes through the first time. It usually takes 2 or 3 tries to send each page.
