Terrible app. Won't let me sign in. Goes in circles and tells me my input is invalid. Worthless waste of time. Too complicated

FIX THE APP for goodness sake. Are you kidding me? I have deleted it and reinstalled it every time I've had to use it. And sometimes even that doesn't work. It opens up the icon when you hit the app, and then doesn't move forward to sign in or anything just freezes on that screen. Delete, reinstall, maybe it'll work. If it doesn't work again delete again reinstall and so on. Ridiculous.
