Need lot of improvement Every time i open this app need update

المفروض أن التطبيقات تكون لتسهيل إجراءات المتعاملين وليس العكس ، مثال اي خدمه كانت تأخذ خمس دقائق عن طريق موظفي الواجهة، الآن يجب أن أقدم عن طريق التطبيق ثم الاعتماد يكون في ثاني يوم عمل وبعدها أراجعهم في ثالث يوم هذا اذا كنت محظوظ والنظام شغال. صار الموضوع معقد أكثر من قبل!! اللي كنا نخلصه في ربع ساعه صرنا نخلصه في اسبوع!!
